La Casa Verde.
Casa Verde is a beautifully restored 19th-century residence within Campeche's UNESCO-listed walled city, where colonial heritage and contemporary design exist in perfect harmony.
Named after the original green façade — carefully preserved in accordance with the historic palette approved for the city — the home is embraced by lush tropical greenery that lines its serene terrace pool.
The restoration revealed extraordinary original pasta tile floors, preserved wooden beams, and architectural details that have remained intact for more than a century, honoring the soul of the house while introducing refined comfort and understated elegance.
The interiors unfold through a sequence of connected living spaces: a welcoming salon with bar that flows effortlessly onto the terrace, a thoughtfully designed kitchen for serious cooking, and an intimate dining room for eight. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bath, are distributed throughout the home, offering privacy, character, and a tranquil sense of retreat.
Casa Verde stands as a thoughtful expression of heritage preservation and contemporary hospitality in the heart of Campeche.
